These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1jj3 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 1jj3.pro and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

Access to and use of the 1jj3 platform — including all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, slot titles, promotional offers, and financial transaction services — is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. To register for and use the 1jj3 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of 1jj3 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have previously had a 1jj3 account closed, suspended, or terminated by the Company for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order that covers the 1jj3 platform.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 1jj3 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. 1jj3 is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 1jj3 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 1jj3 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 1jj3 will never contact you to request your password by any means.

All activities conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — are your responsibility, whether or not they were authorised by you, unless you have promptly reported a security breach.

1jj3 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and cash OTC channels. All account balances are held and transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your 1jj3 account.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). 1jj3 reserves the right to request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Funds deposited into a 1jj3 account must be used for gaming activity. 1jj3 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of up to 10% on deposits that are withdrawn without any associated wagering activity, to cover transaction and processing costs incurred by the Company.

1jj3 offers various promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are governed first by any specific terms attached to that individual offer, and secondly by these general Terms.

The following general rules apply to all 1jj3 promotional offers:

• Each promotion is available to one eligible account per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in each offer's terms.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may only be used on games and markets explicitly stated as eligible in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the time window stated in the relevant offer. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses will expire automatically.
• If a withdrawal is requested before a Wagering Requirement is met, 1jj3 reserves the right to deduct the remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings from the withdrawal amount.
• 1jj3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect players who have already opted into the promotion and begun the associated wagering activity.
• 1jj3 reserves the right to refuse or cancel a bonus in cases where abuse, fraud, or exploitation of a promotional offer is reasonably suspected.

All bets placed on the 1jj3 sportsbook — including cricket betting markets covering PSL, international T20s, Test matches, and other supported sports — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are accessible within the sportsbook interface.

1jj3 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle any bet differently from its initial listing in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and not completed within a timeframe specified in the applicable sport rules.
• The bet was accepted as a result of a manifest pricing error, software fault, or data feed failure.
• There is reasonable evidence that the result of the event has been manipulated or is subject to a match-fixing investigation.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or the specific market rules applicable to that event.

In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time in response to live match developments. Bets already accepted at the time of suspension remain valid. Bets submitted during a market suspension will be rejected.

Maximum bet limits and maximum payout caps apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event, and market type. These limits are set at the Company's discretion and may change without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1jj3 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing deposit limits, or evading account restrictions.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including coordinated wagering designed solely to extract bonus value.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise operate the platform without direct human engagement.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live casino tables or in any other game format to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Match fixing and inside information: Placing bets with knowledge of pre-arranged match outcomes or using non-public information to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Money laundering: Using the 1jj3 platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. 1jj3 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal after receiving gaming services or promotional benefits.

All content on the 1jj3 platform — including but not limited to the 1jj3 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 1jj3 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 1jj3.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1jj3 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

1jj3 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. 1jj3 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime, provided that any bets accepted prior to an interruption will be honoured in accordance with the applicable betting rules.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential damages is not permitted, 1jj3's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The total aggregate liability of 1jj3 to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

1jj3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on the 1jj3 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

In the event of a dispute between you and 1jj3, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 1jj3 aims to resolve all player complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal channels, both parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution procedures established by the applicable gaming regulatory authority. Players retain the right to seek redress through any competent court of jurisdiction in their country of residence where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
